Who We Are

After more than a decade working on construction projects in Nicaragua and the United States, our founder Deybi Márquez identified a pattern that repeated itself regardless of company size or country: field teams and administrative staff operated in parallel worlds. Decisions were made with incomplete information, the real cost of each activity was invisible, and problems were only discovered when it was already too late to fix them.

At MPS, we operate on a different principle: every project is a company within the company. It has its own personnel, its own inventory, its own financial records, and its own critical path. Every activity, every phase and sub-phase has an identifiable cost, a logical sequence, and a defined priority within the project. When an invoice arrives, it doesn't get lost in the accounting department — it connects directly to the project, the phase, and the resource it belongs to.

We're not here to replace the accounting or financial systems your company already uses. We're here to do what those systems can't: connect the field with the office, deliver real-time visibility, and enable decisions to be made with real information.

Because in construction, the difference between a profitable project and one that bleeds money isn't always in the design — it's in the management.
